For Generators, alignment is a feeling of Satisfaction. When you’re out of alignment, the indicator is Frustration.  

 

What Alignment Feels Like

 

When you’re in your natural rhythm, following your sacral “yes,” and not trying to force outcomes, you feel Satisfied - like you used your energy well, followed what lit you up, and created something real and aligned for you. Even if it was messy, you end the day feeling fulfilled. 

 

So, it’s not excitement or happiness like you may think. Satisfaction is the indicator. 

 

That’s important to recognize. This is your version of success. It doesn’t always come from outcomes. When you are feeling satisfied - you know you’re on the right track. 

 

What Misalignment Feels Like

 

When you override your gut, follow “shoulds,” or act from urgency instead of response, you’ll feel Frustrated - a signal that your energy is blocked, misused, or not being met with the right momentum. 

 

This is often a sign you acted from your mind, not your body. And it’s time to shift.

 

Get Attuned to Your Emotional Cues

These feelings are data. Your system is telling you: something's off. Listen to it. Course-correct. Are you feeling satisfied? That’s your body signaling alignment. Keep going! Are you feeling frustrated? That’s a cue that something’s off and you should stop what you’re doing and shift gears These feelings are your inner compass. 

The more you notice them, the faster you can course-correct and realign with what’s actually right for you.

To stay in alignment, ask yourself regularly: 

 

Did I say yes with my body or just my mind? 

Am I trying to force something that doesn’t feel right anymore? 

What’s lighting me up now, and am I allowing myself to follow it?

 

Your strategy is sacred. Your energy is your compass. The more you honor your natural rhythm, the more success finds you with speed, joy, and ease.
